Dr Baltes always listen and comes up with the best plan for me and my health issues. His staff is so kind and helpful too!
Dr Baltes is very intelligent, caring, knowledgeable and thoughtful. He knows me and makes me feel comfortable.

I have been going to Dr. Baltes for a long time and he is always kind understanding and listens to you. My only complaint is not with the Dr. It is with the phone service that he is using. When you call in to Dr. Baltes office you cannot talk to them, you have to talk to people answering the phone for him, who don't work in his office they are a service that answered the phone, and will make appointments, and the like , but if you need to talk to the Dr. or the phone nurse it is almost impossible. Friendly staff. Dr Baltes listens to you and ask questions to clarify. I don't feel like he is rushing through the appointment.
