Dr. Cole is exactly the kind of doctor I wish I could make my primary. Very straight forward but nice about it. Treated me like a normal human being. I made a mistake making the appointment so even though it was clear he was trying to move quickly, he didn’t take that out on me at all. He was still patient with my questions and concerns and made sure to end the appointment asking if I had anymore question I would like to discuss. Worked me in anf took care of my issues. Very professional and excellent care
Very disappointed came in for an appointment for chest pain and he wouldn't see me even tho I had the pain for a week he told the nurse to tell me he would not see me and go to the ER bc I was having a heart attack
Chris was very patient. Listened. Gave great instructions on new meds. Warned that one of the meds might need to be slowly taken to dosage usage and was pleasant and concerned. Always find good people and care at NOMC!
