I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could get an appointment within the same week with Dr. Ortega. I had been discouraged with my former GI and looking for one closer to my home anyway. Dr. Ortega addressed ALL of my concerns and more. He came up with a practical treatment plan that should get me some answers. I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment in the future with him. He was professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable.
