My husband bought me a spa package to this place and I called and made an appointment a couple of months ago for September 5. After unsuccessfully trying to reach the salon to confirm my appointment that week, I called Living Social and they informed me that the salon had been shut down for a few weeks due to flooding. In my opinion, it is extremely unprofessional not to inform clients who have already made appointments of the possible cancellation of their appointment. Poor customer service. Waited for one hour to have daughter's nails done and we had an appointment! Rude staff too.
I agree with the previously stated. This is not a spa, and I'm not sure why they market it as such. It is just an over priced salon. My face broke out after my facial, the eyebrow wax job was botched, pedi mani was horrible, and the massage left me with a stiff neck. Don't go here. Not for the "spa" at least.
