Awesome service! I’m the girlfriend and I loved the haircut given to my boyfriend. The founder of Awaken Bastrop, Christopher, helped work with what my boyfriend wanted and was very friendly and helped create a very safe space where we both felt very comfortable and enjoyed the whole process. Would definitely come again and recommend!:-)
Chris was absolutely amazing! He was so inviting and so nice, I felt like I could tell him anything. His scalp massages are the best I ever had, and my hair has not looked or felt this good. I love the way my hair looks, and I can’t say this enough about the amazing job he did with it and about just being an amazing human being.
10/10 so friendly and walks you through everything they are doing! The atmosphere is quiet and at home. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend this place!

Christopher is absolutely amazing!! I went in with a Pinterest board of hair inspo and he gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I loveddd his holistic approach to everything and his attention to detail. He even took the time to explain to me in depth how to section my hair and recreate my blowout look at home. I’m not usually a talkative person but Chris made the space so comfortable and I felt like I was chatting with a good friend the whole time. Can’t wait to be back!
