Dr. Soults is very nice... the other staff... not so much. They don't know what's going on in that office. Will not be going back. Lenscrafters is even worse.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Horrible wait times, they didn't retur my calls even after leaving several messages, office staff is unorganized, everything was old and outdated, carpet looked like hell and the prices of the contact lens exams are anything from fair!
DR PUCKETT IS GROSSLY INEXPERIENCED. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING OTHER THAN AN EYEGLASS EXAM, I SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE. PERHAPS THIS IS WHY SHE DOES EYE EXAMS AT THE MALL. I WENT TO HER OUT OF DESPERATION FOR A BANDAGE CONTACT WHILE A SMALL SCRATCH HEALED. SHE PROVIDED NO HELP OR RELIEF AT ALL AND I ALMOST HAD TO DROP MY CLASSES BECAUSE I COULDN'T SEE TO DO MY HOMEWORK OR BE IN A CLASSROOM. IF SHE IS THREATENED AT ALL BY THE WAY YOU LOOK SHE WILL NOT HELP YOU PERIOD !!! THAT'S REAL PROFESSIONAL HUH !!!
