Client Excellent care and service. This Hospital never failed me; when I call for an appointment they can always accomodate me quickly . My dog is always so comfortable in their hands. The place is clean, quiet, and professional. The fees are the going rate, but well worth every dime. Hopefully they will be there for years to come because THIS WILL BE MY VET. forever. The Best Vet Office Ever!!! Goosepond is the Absolute Best!!!! I ahve been going there with my total of 4 dogs and 3 cats for 15 years now and have nothing but wonderful things to say. i moved within that 15 years 5 years ago to Port Jervis. Although Goosepond is 35 miles away , i won't change Vets. they are to good to replace. thanks so much Goosepond....
Are there other vets? Are there any other vets? Not as far as we're concerned. We moved to NJ almost 8 years ago, tried a local vet one time, and knew we'd never bring our kids anywhere but to Goosepond, where we had been going for 9 years. They treat our kids like their own. And I never have to worry about whether they are getting best care possible, I know they are. The best care, by the best people Speaking for my three dogs and five cats, the care given to them by the doctors and staff is superb. I've been there so consistently this year, they told me they were opening a wing just for my pets! Haha. They are caring and compassionate. When I had to put my 19 year old cat to sleep, Dr. Scarano cried the entire time. Not everyone gets a good repoire with all vets, but we certainly have found them to be the best. They put your animal first We are moving to Texas and we would like to take Goosepond with us. Our dog is part of the family with us and when you go to Goosepond they make you feel like you are part of their family.THANKS GOOSEPOND! We have always felt that our Belle was getting the best treatment available. Everyone should operate their business like you.
Excellent care for your pet We have tried a couple of other amimal hospitals in teh area and we find this to be the best. The staff is knowledgeable, usually have appointments available right away, and most importantly have consistently diagnosed our cat's problems right away.
I can't say enough good things about Goosepond We needed to take our little bundle of joy for an emergency visit. An unfortunate accident happened and the time was 4:55 pm when we called the office. Dr. Rothenberg advised us to bring our dog into the office immediately. The office staff was truly concerned while on the phone and when we arrived as well.
Goosepond Animal Hospital I love this veterinarian - EVERYONE in the office. Contrary to the prior reveiwer's experience, I deal with Dr. Scarano most often and she takes such good care of me and my lovies and never makes me feel like I'm a nuisance, though I know that sometimes I am. The people out front are lovely to talk to on the phone, all of the Dr's help each other out...I love, love, love Goosepond!
MUst go to!! WHen yo call this office they immediately want to help you & make you a satisfied customer!! If you have animals THIS is the place you should be going to!! The staff & vets are fantastic!! YOu get results back immediately & they make sure that any concerns are addressed! They just recently added on so the place is huge & very clean!! The parking is excellent & they are centrally located. They take great care of your animals!!
