I was waiting 10 minutes prior to my tele-health appointment and never received a call from Dr Iannoti. I called his office to ask if I could talk with him but couldn’t because he was with patients. I’m now rescheduled for another month out. Very disappointed customer service.
Very knowledgeable Dr. takes his tome and explains everything. Doesn’t rush you. I recommend him for any neurosurgy.
Dr. Isnnotti was extremely pleasant, took time & I never felt rushed. I liked that he explained everything (pros & cons) to a possible procedure.
