This attorney put in a motion to withdrawal as counsel 1 week before for the court date. His assistant doesn’t return calls, nor does he. They jump when you say you have money but then ignore you when you want to actually drop the check off and discuss the case. He also Never spoke with the abusers attorney regarding restitution and now I’m left to argue restitution myself. This case started pro bono but then he got irritated and wanted money.
