Dr. Cefalu and staff are very courteous and efficient. All of my issues were addressed completely and the wait time was very short.
It is a very good office. Everyone is helpful and very nice. Office has very good vibes.
Honestly, this experience deserves minus one star. I had waited a long time for this appointment, only for the entire consultation to be over in less than five minutes. He did not take the time to properly ask about my issue or understand what might be causing it. I tried to provide additional details and explain my concerns, but he seemed completely uninterested in listening or even thoroughly examining the issue.
