The staff are great and professional. Dr. Christoff is amazing! I had no idea how little oxygen I was getting due to a deviated septum. Had vertigo for 3 or 4 years which nothing helped. My surgery was painless and has improved my life greatly.
I developed a lump in my throat. My primary doctor referred me to Dr Chistoff. I made an appointment and at 9:45 the day of my appointment his office called me about my co-pay for the afternoon appointment. I explained my insurance would have my plan to pay only $60 co-pay. The manager of the office said no I would have to pay over $200. I said I am on a budget and do not have it. She then lectured me on how my insurance works and hung up on me.
