I called for a quote on weekly pool service after having issues with my previous company. I had someone out at my house within the same day, and the quote was reasonable. After I told him my pool cleaner wasn't working, he looked over my equipment and found that the filter was filthy. He was able to pick up the filter and fix it within an hour.

Spencer changed the filters in our DE system and replaced two cracked pump nuts that were allowing air into the system. After trial and error Spencer successfully replaced the nuts. He showed up on time, was very polite and cleaned up his job. I am pleased with the end results.

I should not even put a one star on this review. I hired Spencer Christmas to replace a pool pump that Could have easily been repaired but he he insisted that it needed to be replaced . he did not consult with me on the type of pool pump he was purchasing -- just sent me an invoice telling me he was broke and needed the money. He installed a Hayward Super Pump W3SP2610X15 1.5 HP.. He did not provide me with the warranty provide the manual. The pool pump is extremely loud, The motor runs hot to the touch all the time. Spencer has gone above and beyond what other pool services would do! He has been with me from the beginning on the journey to bring a pool that had sat for over 2 years into a beautiful sparkling pool! We are on the last leg of our expedition now as we wait for the pool to fill up. I can't say enough good things about how Spencer has coordinated this whole process and has keep me informed on what is going on. I will be using Christmas Pool & Spa for all my pool needs now and in the future!
