We received a quote from Keith to install an ac system in our new house. The price quoted seemed very high for the equipment and scope of the work. We received a quote from Hokes heating and AC and it was 20% less for a higher seer ac system from the same manufacturer.

Sorry for this low review. But this 2nd time using them was the worst! The first time we used them no problem servicing moms ac. While she was in rehab her air goes out. Called they came out, said needed motor and they ordered it. Two weeks later no motor. Every time I called it’s was said waiting on manufacturer, then called again it’s on the truck from ups. So thank god my mom’s nurses husband fixed in about 2 hours. We will no longer use this company.

They should have no stars. Unprofessional and had to wait a whole month to get air fix. Had to ride to the actual place in order for them to do their job and they were just sitting in the van. SAD EXCUSE FOR GROWN MEN AND THEY NEVER KNOW NOTHING.

Made an appointment for someone to come and check a leak in my AC unit. Two men came, did a doctors check, and left without fixing anything or telling me what was wrong. No updates came. A second time, they did the same thing.
