One of My Favorite Places to Shop for Special Gifts :)
I visit this store several times a year, but my favorite time is Christmas of course. I went rather late on a weekday evening so I had lots of room to browse. Such beautiful items, displayed in their splendor. Sue, the clerk that evening, was of great help to me and I appreciated her ideas! Very kind lady. LOVE this place and am happy it is not in a huge mega-mall!

Worse customer service skills I have ever experienced. The sales ladies followed my son and me throughout the entire store. Any item he showed interest in buying me for my birthday, he was told by them no. He couldn't even look at an item without someone yelling at him. Thank you so much for the horrendous experience. We won't be returning and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of how rude your people are.
The only place in the U.S. you will find authentic Kathe Wohlfahrt! Perfect location, great selection!
