Love their products, but their staff has driven us away from making any more purchases. We have 9 high end Christmas trees in our home and need to purchase several dozen ornaments for a new tree. I had been to their website, but the images aren’t high quality, especially the solid pearl color. Before spending several hundred dollars on ornaments we wanted to make sure of the color.
