Kaileb did a great job getting the AC fixed after a previous employee made a mistake. Be sure to ask for him as your technician. He is the most experienced out of anyone that has serviced our units! He has been here twice and solved problems immediately. The missing star is not about Kaileb but about previous work done that was done incorrectly
Jack and JP were very professional and informative. Would highly recommend.
