Vivian is a great help on all types of insurance
The place us usually very well stocked. However, with covid and our governor's war against the 2nd Amendment under the guise of health protocols many things were not on the shelves. The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Unprofessional. I’ve had been with them for many years but I’ve decided that I am going to a new agency immediately. I just renewed my insurance policy and I was told one premium when actually it was more when I went onto the carrier website. When I asked the agent why I was told that she “ couldn’t see the changes the carrier made “. WHAT ? Aren’t you their agent ? Why couldn’t you pick up the phone to call the carrier to inquire.
