Back in September 2021, I called Cristie‘s fitness to cancel my child’s gymnastic service. They told me that I had to come into the gym to cancel the service even though I was out of town and not available to come into the gym. After many conversations, I thought that we had verbal confirmation of cancellation. Christi's Fitness is a very nice and clean gym and the trainers are fantastic. The managers are terrible and definitely need to be replaced if they want to keep their clients. For the second month in a row my credit card has had fraudulent charges on them that I have had to call my credit card company to dispute them because I can not get a manager to return my phone call to get them removed. Christi's Fitness, now owned by Town Sports International, is being sued in a class action lawsuit for refusing to refund members dues which they collected from March 17th through April 30th when the gym was closed.
