Back in September 2021, I called Cristie‘s fitness to cancel my child’s gymnastic service. They told me that I had to come into the gym to cancel the service even though I was out of town and not available to come into the gym. Christi's Fitness is a very nice and clean gym and the trainers are fantastic. The managers are terrible and definitely need to be replaced if they want to keep their clients. For the second month in a row my credit card has had fraudulent charges on them that I have had to call my credit card company to dispute them because I can not get a manager to return my phone call to get them removed. Hi. I understand that sharing my opinion won’t change your processes and rules...but I thought you may wanna hear what comes to my mind now about your place. For the last few year, every time when we were visiting Vero Beach, we would buy a week pass at 30$ for spinning classes and gym facilities. This place is a perfect example of what happens when a large company takes over a local family owned business. Definitely not a step in the right direction.. off to find a new gym & gymnastics class for my daughter. Very disappointed.
