I called and made an appointment, spoke to the owner. He gave me two times, I picked Friday at noon. He asked for my phone number. I showed up on Friday at noon, and he said I didn’t have an appointment and I would have to come back later. This is where I usually get pedicures, but if they can’t honor their appointment times, what is point. I drove across the bridge to Nail Bar on Bay and got a fabulous pedicure, with no appointment.
This review is from Billy’s wife, Lauren …having my nails done here is an oasis of calm during my busy day. Ken and Tracy run their beautiful salon, with a lovely quiet atmosphere and their services are impeccable. I get gel manicures and pedicures and i get compliments all the time. You must make an appointment, as their calendar is very full, but they are totally worth the wait. I would give them ten stars if i could!
