I placed an online order recently. The item ended up being out of stock from their supplier. The customer service to deal with this was top notch. They emailed me right away, followed up by a phone call to explore options to proceed to make the situation right. They offered other similar options to what I had ordered, or a full refund. With so many soulless online shopping options out there, it was so nice to have some old-fashioned personable customer service!
Truly the best service experience. Christine is beyond helpful and accomodating. She went above and beyond finding us a watch for a milestone birthday gift. She took her time, made suggestions and got a watch from another location to accomodate us in not having to drive there. Experience was so amazing that we brought numerous items for repair, such as watches and gold chains. I can not say enough good things about Christine's Jewellery. My first visit was to inquire about some repairs. Christine not only advised me as to best way to have the repairs done she also noticed the latch on the bracelet I was wearing was loose and adjusted it on the spot. Christine took time to understand me and my lifestyle when I wanted to have a necklace designed from a piece of jewellery that my Mother left to me. We worked together.
