Wanted to say thank you to Christine for the most beautiful engagement ring. Christine went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Her attention to detail and transparency was so much appreciated. By the end of the process, Christine felt like a good friend who just made me the most wonderful ring. Right here in my home town of Bolton I found a Diamond in the Rough. Small store with huge love inside is what I discovered when I walked in and met Christine her staff and family. Christine turned my Wife's ring back to new again and we love the outcome of it as it needed a fairly large overhaul. This is a fantastic jewelry store!! We have brought rings and heirloom jewelry here to be repaired and it was done at the most reasonable price around and done so beautifully and quickly. Christine exceeded our expectations time and again! We have also bought a number of beautiful pieces from her and the quality is superb! We have recommended her to everyone we know. It's worth a trip to Bolton!
As a long time resident of Bolton of 50 years, I provide a word of caution. I took my ring in for a resizing +1.25. This is a ring I have been wearing for 35 years.... The end result was a disaster. The ring came back with the mount that was totally wrecked, the band was thinned out, and the ring feels wrong... upon pickup I could instantly tell there were issues. The worst was the band was now half as thick.... So Christine might be good for basically costume jewelry repairs, but for your treasured pieces, I can not recomme... read more
