From the moment I walked into the office, I felt heard, respected, and taken care of. The office staff is so kind and understanding. Dr. Yu is amazing, Doc listens to your issues with your health in a caring manner. Not many Doctors left like her. I’m glad I was recommended to her and I know after my procedure she will get to the bottom of my health issues. I highly recommend this practice. ( I drive almost an hour with traffic so you know she’s amazing) your in good hands
The doctor may be great but the staff is here is so awful. The elderly women upfront are just not pleasant and rude for no reason. It ruins the whole experience for the visit which is the reason for this review. I’ve had to reschedule twice because the first time they didn’t tell me the doctor left when i informed them i was running ten mins late and yet again they can’t ever run on time. Hope she can improve the staff experience in this location.
Meet her for the first time and she was amazing! Down to earth , friendly, compassionate and explained everything!!
