I’ve been about as patient as possible with Steward/Hawthorne/ Brown university health, because they take forever to get back to me when it comes to my blood work, referral requests (still waiting on 1 request been 4 months now) and prescription refills!! Unreal how this can happen to anyone, so my guess is they OVER BOOK, and could care less about responding in a timely manner…unless you know someone, which is crazy in itself ..
