Christine and her team are AMAZING! The transaction was smooth, friendly, funny, and professional. From date of acceptance to closing was only 23 days! The loan was FHA coupled with MFA... and ... closed on a Thursday during the first Covid-19 quarantine week!!! The PERSONALIZED videos through the loan process was a very nice touch. Christine is professional, fast, and really works for your best interest. After looking a 3 different brokers including our current mortgage company who called us about the refinance we went with Christine. Her fee's were lower the rate was just as competitive and the communication was superb. We closed in 30 days as promised and our fee's were actually less than she estimated at closing.
