Fantastic person and Surgeon. Always there for me . Not just as a Dr, but my emotional rollercoaster
Extremely unprofessional, I was uninformed on everything that was going on and I felt extremely disconnected with my body. Strongly recommend considering other options.
She was peppy and upbeat the whole time. As my mother had breast cancer 49-50, I brought her along to sit in on my visit. She even took the time to discuss with her having genetic testing to see if there is something that she should know for my health as well. Very knowledgeable. I didn't discuss anything other than genetic testing and a lumpectomy, but Dr. Rizk cannot control how Baystate bills. She sees patients. She doesn't sit and bill them. Dr. Risk is nice enough. Albeit the practice originally gave me the wrong date. On the right date they were 40 minutes late and the doctor was suddenly available when I said I was leaving. No Doctors with extensive experience to compliment with breast reconstruction. Waste of time. Update: you find a pattern of over billing with this provider or Baystate in general be wary and cross reference with your explanation of benefits!
