I was referred to this ENT for evaluation. I traveled for the appointment, expecting a professional consultation. Unfortunately, my first encounter was very disappointing. The provider entered the room with an irritated attitude, questioned why I was there, and was argumentative instead of listening. I left feeling demeaned and unheard. If I could give this so-called "doctor" negative one hundred, I would. I brought my daughter, sufering from selective mutism and anxiety issues, to this doctor for severe tinnitus of both ears and unexplained issues with her sinuses. She looked in my daughter's ears and nose, had a hearing test done by another person, and told us nothing was wrong with her ears or her sinuses and waited for us to leave. Love Christine Puig, MD, Sheri's very friendly and explains everything very clearly. I had a severe sinus infection over the weekend and called Monday morning to get an appointment, was told Thursday was the soonest. I then called my PCP Dr. to tey to get in sooner and while on the phone the scheduler who was so helpfull, his name is Arnell, he called me back from Dr Puig's office and said that I could see the PA in an hour, Wow! I agree with the man who commented a little over a year ago about his nose revision surgery situation. And to say I've been having an ongoing throat infection for the past year since last February. I saw her twice, once in August and once in October. The first time she was a little nice, I could tell she probably didn't want to be there as I felt rushed. 0 stars. I finally decided to see an ENT for the first time ever to discuss my lifelong sinus and post nasal drip issues and it was one of the worst doctor experiences of my entire life. She was cold, unempathetic, rude, impatient, asked me questions that had nothing to do with my issues, treated me like a child, belittled me, ignored me, and then gave me a false diagnosis.
