Dismissive and judgmental if you’re thinking of choosing her as a personal doctor I would choose someone you can actually feel comfortable sharing your concerns with and someone that will actually listen and not make you feel dumb. Don’t know what has changed since previous reviews but she was the opposite of what is written in those positive reviews.

She just keeps on giving out plenty of PAINKILLERS without addressing the issue

When I saw her she was very attentive to all my questions and the issue I was being seen for. She also demonstrated vast knowledge and answered all my questions

My first visit with Dr Pabilona and she seemed to be very interested in my health and what I had to say. She explained things very clearly and appeared to possess extensive medical knowledge. She also has a good sense of humor. I hope she is happy in this practice, because the Doctors seem to come and go a lot. I hope to be her patient for a long time to come.

I went in for a routine check up and she wanted to run every test under the sun on me. Instead of telling me it's routine she acts like you could potentially have all these problems, which is great for someone who has a fear of doctors. She did not make me feel comfortable at all. Then when I leave and look at the print out I was given, it has more tests that she planned to run on my bloodwork which she had not mentioned to me at all! Would not recommend!!
