This review is not about Dr. Murray herself, but rather the front office staff who have repeatedly shown a staggering level of incompetence and disrespect. This is now the third time my appointments have been mishandled, despite me giving clear and direct feedback about a specific staff member whose behavior should have warranted serious consequences (if not outright dismissal). Without a doubt, she is above and well beyond most medical providers in delivering outstanding healthcare to her patients.
