I can't remember his name, but the physician who met with me was absolutely outstanding, one of the very best I have ever had! He was very professional & polite. He spent a great deal of time with me, explaining everything in detail to me, my wife & daughter. An A+ session!
This is an outstanding practice. Dr. Meyer truly cares about each of her patients, taking the time to listen and understand your medical concerns. Love having her as my physician!
Very good experience with the new patient process. Very responsive and well organized. First visit everyone was very friendly and welcoming in a non performative way. CRNP Anna Rose was great! The young woman that took me to the room was very personable and engaging. Unique name that I can’t remember. Very nice facility and observed equipment/resources. It wasn’t a complicated visit but what stood out was everyone was clearly service focused vs where I left that they didn’t seen to want my business.
I had a regular physical. I came prepared with specific topics regarding my health. Kate Harlow took her time and truly listened, and even her scribe Louise was very sweet. It’s not easy to listen and be empathetic all day everyday, or to catch every detail of a conversation (in the right way (not interpreted by a recording) asking questions for understanding). I truly appreciate the time they spent with me…..they made me feel like they really cared. Thank you!!
Every time I see a staff member, including a med-tech/nurses, they are all professional. Francesca (CRNP) was friendly and pleasant to talk to— We even shared a few laughs. I thanked her for helping me on a Sunday and left feelin good & well taken care of…😊
