We were looking to sell our house quickly with one of those cash offer companies. Unfortunately Google only gives the option for 5 stars but Chris deserves so much more. We were new to Florida and with this being our first purchase here, everything was very new and different for us. Chris was so patient, honest and professional. We could not have asked for a better realtor. The knowledge and resources this woman has is unbelievable. If your looking to buy or sell, give Chris a call...you will not be disappointed.

All I can say is Chris stuck with me, and messed around waiting for me to really find just what I wanted, which took almost 4 years. I am snow bird and I looked at what I could afford and still be comfortable. It finally happened on March 27, 2024. I must say closing costs are outrageous. Especially since you have to do everything electronically. Oh well. I know she's not responsible for that.
