My daughter goes to college out of state and needed some more contacts until she was home to make appointment. My daughter called the office, and the first lady she spoke with was so condescending and so very rude. My daughter had to call back a second time and spoke with Linda, who is so sweet and understanding and she was able to help Chloe. Chloe did not get the name of the first lady.
