Dr Liaw is extremely professional and knowledgeable! She listens well and shows that she cares!
I have not enjoyed my care from Dr. Liaw. She could use more precise language when speaking to her patients. Her use of "probably" and "maybe, in the future" just cause unnecessary anxiety. My biggest issue is that she does not follow up after care. My visit was a waste of time, as she provided no care. She basically billed me to come in to tell me she couldn't do what I needed and referred me to someone else. She referred me to a doctor Richard Kershen in West Hartford.
