Chris has always been very thorough during my visits with her. I have never felt as if she was rushing though the visit to get to the next patient. In this day where they want you to be in and out in 15 minute slots so they can bill as many patients as possible, it can a hard quality to find. I have always felt like I’ve had Chris’s undivided attentions as she listened to my concerns. My 19 year old daughter has been diagnosed with pcos. She has no questions answered and when her questions are answered via portal they’re very vague. She’s constantly told to contact her PCP. She’s due for her annual this month and she’s still being told to contact her PCP. No appt for months. Can’t get anyone to explain anything. Completely unprofessional. Miserable!
