I saw Dr Law today, she was great, friendly and knowledgeble. She took the time to explain everything she did, and perform a complete eye exam. Front desk and Dr's assistant were also very friendly and helpfull. Would highly recommand her to my husband and friends.
Doctor is disrespectful and doesn't like entertaining email requests.
Doctor disrespects me for just asking for a verification of prescription. “Tell him to shut his face” - Dr. Law within 24 hours of seeing me, just for checking what numbers made it to the prescription. This is after I was charged a full $60 copay for just saying that I’m interested in trying contacts - when no extra measurements were taken as my exam was fully covered for glasses.
I’ve been going to Dr. Law for over 10 years now. She is the best optometrist I’ve ever had! She’s kind, down to earth and has a great bedside manner. She takes the time to address all my concerns. Highly recommend Dr. Law!
