Very professional and knowledgeable Dental practice
My appointment experience was good. Dr. Mai took time to explain the importance of having certain things done sooner than later. I appreciate her concern.
I had been asking Dr. Mai to get Invisalign for over 2 years. I went to another dentist (Nova Dental Partners) and got Invisalign within 1 month. The problem is that there is always someone new at the receptionist desk. Most of the time, they can barely comprehend. And they don’t make the right claims with your insurance. I have 2 dental insurance policies (1 high option) and they told me my insurance does not cover Invisalign. However when i read my policy it states it covers up to $2100.
