I have had Dr. Mai as my dentist for years now, over that time I have had procedures done for deep cleaning, cavities, repairing damage from grinding, and aligners, and through it all my experience has been pain-free with the worst of it being a slightly stiff jaw after an extra long visit. Quick, no wait, efficient, effective, answers all questions in a way you can understand, not scary, you can sit in the waiting room or wait in the sitting room, but you'll do neither because they call you back as you walk in the door - what could be better in a trip to the dentist?

I had been asking Dr. Mai to get Invisalign for over 2 years. I went to another dentist (Nova Dental Partners) and got Invisalign within 1 month. The problem is that there is always someone new at the receptionist desk. Most of the time, they can barely comprehend. And they don’t make the right claims with your insurance. I have 2 dental insurance policies (1 high option) and they told me my insurance does not cover Invisalign. However when i read my policy it states it covers up to $2100. And it was covered at Nova Dental ... read more

Dr. Mai is really sweet. She explains all procedures. The office is always clean and quiet. The staff hasn't changed so it's a great feeling when you feel like family because they know you. I haven't been to any other Dentist since I've met Dr. Mai
