The staff are very accommodating, sympathetic and genuinely helpful. Dr.Kirchner is extremely skilled and one of the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m extremely grateful, she fixed my cracked broken front teeth without veneers and my smile looks better than it has in years. Thank You 🙏
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I am going to make an exception this time after reading a negative review on the site from an obviously disgruntled patient. I have been a patient of Dr Kirchner since she took over the practice from my former dentist Dr Anne LeSure who sadly died of cancer. I always thought Dr LeSure walked on water and I could say without hesitation she was the best dentist I ever had. The most unprofessional and juvenile medical/dental office experience I’ve had to date. I did not have concerns with the services/treatments offered, however there were frequent last minute cancellations and rescheduling requests over the past two years creating mild nuisances and most recently, after forgetting my scheduled appointment on their end, the receptionist lied to me about it and when I disagreed with the excuse provided, they saw me, charged me and the receptionist then called my number to personally insult me an... read more
This dental practice really WOWED me! Every staff member was so kind & seemed to be masters of their trades! My issue was diagnosed thoroughly and I was provided utmost clarity about what my insurance would cover before any work was completed. Hanh gave me the best cleaning of my life! I’ll never go anywhere else!
