Almost 50 years with State Farm and I have never had such poor service. I have five separate policies. It took a year to get a home policy changed after at least six or seven attempts. I have been trying to see Christine to cash in a life policy. Keep being told she will call me. Went in today and she was in her office alone. I was told she was too busy to see me and come back tomorrow. I am changing agents.
