Completely disrespectful and inconsiderate. She canceled my appointment 30 minutes before the start time, after I had already rescheduled my entire morning and was almost there from an hour train ride. She had not bothered to read my doctor's notes until that time. I think it is disrespectful when doctor's consider their time more valuable than others.

Worst medical experience of my entire life. I don't usually write reviews but feel compelled to warn other women to choose another provider!! I had an appointment 11/7/24 where I requested a Nexplanon procedure. Dr. Gutierrez & staff agree, they ask me to allow a month or so grace period to order the nexplanon. I play it safe and make an appointment for 1/9/25. I check in about the status of my nexplanon several times over the next few months and receive vague/no answers.
