I am writing this review on behalf of my husband. We discovered this office through his insurance and mistakenly decided to give it a chance due to sudden breathing issues he had been experiencing over the past two weeks. On a Tuesday, my husband requested a physical check-up and an ENT referral from his assigned PCP, Dr. Christine Gerges. The office has such a miscommunication, I specifically asked for a couple of things done at the same appointment both times they confirmed and when I called to make an appointment the receptionist wouldn’t make the appointment and wanted me to wait until the next year. I asked to talk to the dr and she wouldn’t let me - I am not even sure if the Drs are actually aware of what their clients / patients go thru with their receptionists.
