I scheduled an appointment days ago through Mount Sinai's app. This doctor messages one of the front desk staff members to then call me to let me know that i cannot come in today because she doesn't do same day EMGs with new patients without an initial evaluation. So because she didn't look at her calendar days ahead i am being inconvienced after i took a half day off of work to make this appointment. Dr. Fitzpatrick is very thorough. She listens, and provides the best guidance and advice for her patient’s specific needs. I’ve had trouble finding the appropriate care providers for other issues that resulted in my migraines. Dr. Fitzpatrick referred and recommended care for not only my migraines but helped guide me to other providers, where I am now getting the care I need.
