Terrible follow up experience. When I called the office a couple times to tell them something wasn't right, they basically said I would be fine and just keep taking Tums. I ended up with a Calcium level of 19.7 and was in the hospital for 9 days. OHSU does the same surgery, and now I have to go there.
They are great. They don’t answer their phones though. Leave a message and they will call you back the next day. If you miss that call. Call and leave a message and they will call you the next day. So forth and so on. She’s awesome. Office communication?
Dr. Kollmorgen helped me with thyroid cancer She is attentive, engaging and confident - which in turn gave me confidence. I don't see a scenario where I could be happier with everything she did.
Dr Kollmorgen is the most incredible and approachable surgeon. I feel as though I can ask her any and all questions I have, she will give me as much time as I need. Dr Kollmorgen makes you feel like a person not just a patient or a chart. Her professional experience and her down to earth way of communicating makes me feel so confident in our plan of care.
