I would give zero stars if I could. I had a physical with Dr. Carosella yesterday, and it was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a physician. From the beginning, she was rude, short, and dismissive of my health concerns. I mentioned that I had jotted down a few things in my phone that I wanted to discuss because I often forget to bring things up during appointments. Dr. Carosella was recommended by a friend so I did not read the reviews prior to seeing her. My experience mirrored those of many others who shared similar experiences. My annual physical exam with Dr. Carosella was absolutely abysmal. As a new patient, she merely asked several routine medical history questions, performed a two-minute exam, and sent me on my way. No call to discuss lab work, forcing me to go to her office and pick up a copy. Her demeanor was rude, unfriendly, and cold. I do not recommend her at all.
Dr. Carosella is a kind and vey compassionate doctor. She has been taking care of my Dad for sometime now and we are very satisfied with her care.
My mother went to Dr. Carosella after moving back to westchester and having dealth with her in the past. Terrible experience. The Dr. was RUDE, dismissive and couldn't locate records and tests results.
