I showed up today with no appointment, trying to be check by a doctor since I wasn’t feeling great. The receptionist was very lovely and kind, I just wait 5 min and the doctor Vidhya checked me and send me to do some labs. I also got there the injection I was needing. Nothing but good thing to say honestly. Thank you very much guys !
I have ongoing health conditions of which I’ve been visiting this clinic with for years now. Today after trying to request some specific blood work which was in line with my current results as an option to look into to explain my conditions I was told to leave. I was APPALLED. The reason was that I’m not entitled to request these sort of things and that the doctor could get in trouble from Medicare. He didn’t even let me finish explaining that I would have been happy to pay for these out of my own pocket if that was the case... read more
Unfortunately Dr Kotha couldn’t treat my condition, he admitted he didn’t know and told me “that he didn’t want to see me again”. I felt this was unjust and abrupt and will seek another Doctor who provides politeness.
AVOID this ‘medical’ centre. I use that term very loosely. I had an appointment this morning which they just rang up and cancelled. The reason - ‘because I don’t return to get my results’. I’ve not been to the ‘doctor’ for 1 year so that doesn’t even make sense. When I asked her what ‘results’ they were talking about, she couldn’t tell me. I’m assuming they got me mixed up with someone else. Would prefer to find a doctor that can read and not get patients details mixed up with others .
