I recently had a very frustrating experience with the receptionist staff. When I called to confirm whether my insurance was accepted, the first receptionist I spoke to couldn't find my insurance on their list. They refused to contact the insurance company for verification and abruptly hung up the phone. I called back, and thankfully, another staff member was able to find my insurance on the accepted list without any issue. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism from the first receptionist are unacceptable.
It took 4 weeks to get in to see her and then because I had a nasal congestion the doctor refused To see me even thought I had a negative Covid test.
