Deeply appreciative of being seen by Dr. Cicco-Brown within hours of calling for an appointment to have a stuck black tip of my hearing aid removed from my ear. It was a smooth and gentle extraction. Desk staff and nurses are always kind and helpful too.
Dr.Cicco-Brown has been my Dr. since I drowned 4years ago. She is the only dr who has cared for me through out my time of recovery, she is compassionate, she is knowledgeable and she actually cares about me. She also has the absolute best nurses and office staff .
My wife and I are in our early 70s and have relied on Dr. Cicco-Brown for 6+ years to keep our ears and hearing functioning as they should. She has the latest knowledge and professional skill to resolve our various (and sometimes serious) maladies while conducting herself in a way that builds trust between patient and caregiver. Friendly, caring and accessible, we are grateful to have Dr. Cicco-Brown on our medical support team.
I had an appointment last Friday, November 14th at 3:15. I put the address in Waze so I would arrive at 3:00 in case I needed to do some paperwork. I was crushed in traffic and was 10 minutes late arriving at 3:25. I told the receptionist my name and apologized for being 10 minutes late. She indicated she would need to check with the nurse to make sure they could still see me. The nurse came out and indicated the Dr had a procedure at 3:30 and could not see me. She may be a great Dr. but I will never know.
I was referred to Dr Brown through my GP at Intercoastal for a Nostril issue. While there she said she was going to check my ears. I have Never received the pain as I did that day. 11/4//25. I I told her she was hurting me ..she said she had to keep going so she could see my ear drum, and I needed to be still. She told me to go and get ear wax softening drop to get the rest of the wax out that she couldn’t . I was in serious pain when I left which took some time to ease . Got the drops on my way home.
