I had an appointment last Friday, November 14th at 3:15. I put the address in Waze so I would arrive at 3:00 in case I needed to do some paperwork. I was crushed in traffic and was 10 minutes late arriving at 3:25. I told the receptionist my name and apologized for being 10 minutes late. She indicated she would need to check with the nurse to make sure they could still see me. The nurse came out and indicated the Dr had a procedure at 3:30 and could not see me. She may be a great Dr. but I will never know.

I was referred to Dr Brown through my GP at Intercoastal for a Nostril issue. While there she said she was going to check my ears. I have Never received the pain as I did that day. 11/4//25. I I told her she was hurting me ..she said she had to keep going so she could see my ear drum, and I needed to be still. She told me to go and get ear wax softening drop to get the rest of the wax out that she couldn’t . I was in serious pain when I left which took some time to ease . Got the drops on my way home. Excellent care. Dr. Brown helped my dad when he had a serious nose bleed. Very kind, courteous, and competent. Highly recommend.

Excellent visit as a follow up to an annual audio check. Dr Cicco-Brown was courteous, professional and attentive, reviewed my case notes, carried out an examination with care, and explained my condition clearly and effectively. She was patient with my questions and helpful throughout. Check in was quick and efficient, front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

This ENT has permanently damaged my ear after a simple earwax removal. Stay away. I now have tinnitus probably for the rest of my life.
