Extremely rude, refused to even do the exam as my primary Dr had ordered. Got in my face and barked at me. Refused to listen to a word. I wouldn't take my dog to this so-called "doctor" If something happens that I am ill and she neglected to treat me, there will be legal action taken. Why do people become doctors if they don't care about patients and treat people like dirt?
"My experience was horrific. Dr. Chen was rushed, was unaware of past history and why I was there. When attempting to talk to her, she became annoyed, was abrupt with direction and was very rough - causing unnecessary pain. The exam felt like a physical assault. While Dr. Chen is nice enough, I don't feel like I was heard at all.Tried to explain what was going on and she just talked over me. I'll be looking elsewhere for care.
Would not recommend seeing her for PCOS. I was told there was zero treatment/zero medications to help with it along with insulin resistance. Which is just untrue.She told me that because of my weight I wouldn’t be able to have children if I didn’t lose 30-40 pounds yet refused to listen when I told her how losing weight is extremely difficult without something to help my high insulin. I cried in the parking lot because I was so discouraged/ frustrated.
