After much research and watching her utube videos over and over; I decided to purchase the Time Master Pro for a whopping $700. After 2nd use, my face looked like I was in a boxing match - brown blotches were all over my cheeks and jaw line. 8 days ago I wrote a review for the NeoGenesis Moisturizing Mist and gave a ONE star rating. After they saw my ONE star review, The Christine Byer Esthetics company sent a personal email and confirmed that they saw my review and then REFUNDED my purchase price. I was initially upset because the company's policy is no actual refund even though I had a bad itching reaction to the Moisturizing Mist. I ordered the NeoGenesis Moisturizing Mist for $29 plus tax and shipping - almost $40 purchase. I tried the mist for 2 to 3 days, and each time my face itched terribly - so I gave up hope to continue. I immediately contacted Christine Byer Esthetics to explain my reaction and ask for a refund. Even with a bad reaction to the product, the only recourse was for a store credit. Read the return policy VERY carefully before purchasing any of these products.
