I have been biting my fingernails all my life, I am 74 years old and have tried everything except poison on my nails I stopped after one session (I have been listening to the session daily). Christine Bergstrom is an amazing practitioner. I feel like I went in with what I thought was my issue to work on and learned through the process that there is history that lead me to where I was. My sessions with Christine were truly unique, something I have never tried or experienced! I highly recommend trying if you are feeling like nothing else is helping or working!
