She finds all the spots that are bothering me and even a few I wasn't aware I was compensating for with my neck. I find I'm sitting and standing taller and have better range of motion of my hips and neck. This treatment works well with my self-care regimen.

I highly recommend Christine! She takes a very thoughtful and individualized approach to bodywork and goes far beyond a traditional massage. What I especially appreciate is her use of NeuroKinetic Therapy to assess muscle patterns and identify where my body may be compensating. She then uses Rapid NeuroFascial Reset to address those areas, and I have been impressed by how much of a difference it can make. Christine is knowledgeable, flexible in her approach, and holistic in her view. I have benefitted from a number of different modalities she has used with me over the years and would recommend her to anyone who has not had results with more conventional therapies.
