I had an appointment booked at least a week in advance and they call me the day before to tell me they cant do a telephone as the first appointment. what a joke. no notice prior, no information of such on the website, "it's just one their conditions" what a joke. don't care if its bulk billed, I'd prefer to go to a gp practice that actually cares about patients and the importance of a medical appointment. if that was a condition I should have been told of that prior to booking not the day before at 4:30pm.
