I made an appointment to take my 5 yr old son for a "free consultation" with Dr. Stiles, and now I'm getting charged for the visit. Dr. Stiles' office decided to charge my Insurance company and make me responsable for the copayment. Again, it was supposed to be a Free consultation.
I did not even go to her for my cosmetic surgery but I found her and scheduled a consult after I was afraid I may need some reconstructive surgery after my first procedure. Her and her nurse spent over an hour with me showing/telling me the correct massages to do (which my orignial doctor never even showed me) and giving me their best advice. Then after all that time and effort they refused to charge me a cent and told me to come back in 6 months when everything healed and we would evaluate it again! Wow! I would reccomend h... read more
